Today I'm going to be taking about Mindfulness. One of our teacher Ms Ikinofo teach us Mindfulness. She teached us different ways to hear our breathing and to relax. We had different ideas of how we felt and there was no right or wrong. We did different movement and they were called Downward dog, Snake Pose, Candle Breath, Child Pose, Crocodile Pose and the table Pose. One of the hardest on to do was properly the table it was basically like a plank. At the end everyone got to lay down on the Yoga mat. We also made these little cool jars of glitter, we made it by using a jar and then we put water into the jar made it. We only had four weeks and yesterday was the last day.
